hello, nice 2 see ur blog. i m new to robotics (NXT) and presently i have subject mobile robotics in my MTech course. Can u please suggest me a topic or project so far u have done regarding emotional or bio-inspired Robotics related project.

Since you're at IIT in India (I have a friend who studied there), you'll likely want a challenging project.
An interesting project in bio-mechanics is a robot that, if upset, can right itself. Generally, this is not an easy thing to do because the robot must know how it is upset, find a strategy to right itself, and know when it's righted itself.
I have not done this myself, but it is still interesting.
In terms of emotion, an interesting project is one a camera faces a person to detect his facial features. This imagery is transmitted to the robot, which then reacts appropriately. For example, if the user smiles in the camera, the robot comes closer, but if the user looks scornful, the robot runs away.
